Proxy Information
Proxy Information can be found above in each Venue's VSS. This includes any Proxy Requirements needed by each Venue's ST.
The GIRC, as a domain, uses the 48 hour rule ... this being, we ask that you send your proxy at least 48 hours ahead of when you wish it to take place. So, if you want to attend game on the 10th, send your sheet and notice of intention to play by the 8th. If your character is coming to visit a local PC on the 18th, your proxy should be received by our VST by the 16th. This is to give us advance warning of game numbers, so that plots (and their monsters) can be tweaked to fit numbers, and to give our STs a chance to confirm your proxy.
Some exceptions are made by individual STs, usually for games (not for out of game proxies), but the VST has the right to refuse your attendance if the required notice is not provided.

Approval Questions
Global Approval Questions
These questions have been set down by Global for approvals and must be answered for all approvals and notificiations of Mid level and above for characters attached to GIRC venues (inc items, such as Lost Entitlements, that are low approval with high notification). It's suggested you answer them offline, then copy/paste them into the 'Justification' section of the approval database.
If applying for a custom item (your own creation, or someone else's), please remember to include the full write up (and approval number, if it's someone else's custom item) and mechanics in the 'Mechanics' section.
WoD Directories
The Venue Directories are created by Jessica Orsini. Each Directory acts as a quick reference index for each venue, including page numbers for all available mechanics for that venue.
