- Athens is GMT +2 in winter, GMT +3 during Daylight Savings over Summer.

- EST is Eastern Standard Time, GMT-5 ... EDT is Eastern Daylight Time, GMT -4
- CST is Central Standard Time, GMT-6 ... CDT is Central Daylight Time, GMT -5
- MST is Mountain Standard Time, GMT-7 ... MDT is Mountain Daylight Time, GMT -6
- PST is Pacific Standard Time, GMT-8 ... PDT is Pacific Daylight Time, GMT -7
- UK Times
- UK runs on GMT during Winter months
- During Summer, UK runs on British Summer Time, or BST, which is GMT+1
